Damon J. Velardi joined Gorayeb & Associates in March of 2022. Mr. Velardi handles the firm’s Labor Law, Motor Vehicle Accident and Premises Liability cases from inception to trial. Mr. Velardi has extensive experience representing individuals who have been injured by medical malpractice, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents and property defect accidents. He has always worked for the plaintiff (those who have been injured). He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from Columbia University in the City of New York. He earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Pace University School of Law (now known as Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University).
